New Dutch Insurance Contract Law

On January 1, 2006 the new Dutch Insurance Contract Law entered into force. This book contains the final text in Dutch and translations thereof in English, French and German.

For a better understanding of the new law, three introductory texts are also included. Prof. J.Han Wansink wrote a general introduction on the backgrounds and leading principles of the new law. Prof. J. Gerard C. Kamphuisen compiled a quick reference guide to the general rules and non-life insurance, whereas Prof. Wouter M.A. Kalkman did the same for life-insurance.
